About Live Counters & Professional Service
We manage our service based on your guest count, typically maintaining a 1:15 or 1:20 staffing ratio to ensure your buffet stays stocked without overcrowding. We use copper-finish chafing dishes specifically to keep temperature consistent, so the last person in line eats food as hot and fresh as the first.
When you choose a live counter, the goal is engagement without the bottleneck. Whether it is a Chaat station at a birthday party in Hiranandani Estate or a live pasta station for a corporate event, we plan the setup to keep the queue moving. Our chefs are trained to interact with guests, explaining the dishes and customizing portions on the spot, which keeps the atmosphere lively.
Our Service Standards
- Staffing & Presentation: Our waiters are uniformed and briefed on the menu before they step onto the floor. For larger gatherings, like those we have catered at Rustomjee Azziano, we assign dedicated senior captains to oversee the flow and coordinate with the kitchen.
- Equipment: We do not believe in disposable plastic for main setups. We use standard melamine or ceramic plates with steel cutlery, and our buffet lines are always set up with high-quality warmers to ensure hygiene and temperature control.
- Guest Management: If you are planning an event for over 100 guests, we suggest placing live stations at different corners of the venue to spread out the crowd. It prevents congestion and makes the dining experience more relaxed for everyone.
